What is maths9.com and what does it offer?

Maths9.com is a mathematics practice application to master in each skill of a topic through interactive questions with fun. Maths9.com is an online subscription service that provides children to practice maths of any grade, any skill, and any device of their choice with the same membership!

You can practice maths absolutely FREE as a Guest and Standard users and by paying a small amount you can also use with more features as Professional user.

Which Grades does the www.Maths9.com Cover?

We cover from pre-K to grade 10 (age 3 to grade 16). However as of now only few grades are accessible. Shortly all other grades will be available.

What syllabuses are covered by maths9.com?

Maths9.com maths is structured to cover all syllabuses such as CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGSCE, NCERT, Common Core, State Board, etc. General maths curriculum covers all the syllabuses. Children studying in any other country syllabus can enrol in maths9.com to ensure they have a strong foundation in mathematics.

Does the maths9.com method support the school curriculum?

Maths9.com's focus is on mastering the core skills that children need to be successful in maths education. Children can access their respective country & syllabus and practice accordingly. This means that the Maths9.com is international and is specific to any one country's curriculum. Children can access general syllabus which covers entire rage of maths based on grade or age. It works along with the curriculum to develop child's maths abilities. In addition parents can monitor the performance of children.

Buying a membership include access to all of my children?

You can use the same membership to access maths9.com to all of your children. You can buy access for multiple children within your home membership. Each child will have their own profile that they can use to sign in and practice maths. The profile adapts to each child’s skill level and will track their progress individually.

Do you offer a FREE membership before I buy for home users?

We do offer FREE to practice maths for home memberships with limitations. We do allow you to complete up to 20 questions per day for FREE, so that you can try us out before buying a membership. You can register for FREE as standard user to have access to reports of last 30 days.

Are the children restricted to practicing maths one grade level?

With your membership, your children get access to all the grade levels available on the site! Maths9.com does not limit children to one grade level. Practice maths on any grade, any skill and any device on the same membership.

Can I make payment in any other form than credit card?

The easiest way to pay is via credit card . If you do not have a credit card, you can also deposit money in our account. Please contact our membership customer services team at support@maths9.com for more information on alternate forms of payment.

How do I add a child to my membership?

To add a child to your membership, follow the steps below:

Step 1:  Register user as Standard / Professional.
Step 2:  Login to your registered email to ‘Confirmation Account ' link.
Step 3:  Login maths9 .com 
Step 4:  Make Payment (for Pro user only)
Step 5:  Create Child account
Step 6:  Now let your child practice maths on maths9 .com 

I have a monthly membership and would like to switch to a yearly membership. Can I apply the payments I made toward the monthly membership to a yearly membership?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply payments from your monthly membership to your new yearly membership. When you switch to a yearly membership, the change takes effect after your current month ends.

To easily switch to a yearly membership, follow steps below:
Step 1: Sign in to your maths9.com parent account
Step 2: Go to Manage Profile link
Step 3: Click Update plan
Step 4: Click Update Yearly.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your membership will remain active until your current billing period ends. Your membership will automatically cancelled if not renewed.

Can I change the syllabus / standards aligned to my account?

Yes, you can easily change the state standards that your account is aligned with at any time. Simply sign in to your parent account and click the Manage Profile link at the top of the page. From here, you can select your desired syllabus / standard selection. Click update button to save your changes. Your account will automatically align to the syllabus / standard for the country you selected.

Can I use maths9.com on mobile & Tablets?

Yes, you can practice maths skills on any of the device through device browser. Shortly we will launch mobile & Tablets version apps.

Can I sign in at home and at school?

Yes, you may use your account both at home and school.

Will parent and child have a separate user login?

When you subscribe for the membership you will get a separate user login for parent and child. Every additional child you subscribe will have a separate user login. Parent user login will have access to renew or update of all child users.
